Last week we discussed how you could give your bathroom a mini facelift, well, really a fresh make-up job.  This week I am going to describe what Andy onCall can do for your bathroom, what we call a bathroom facelift. First, let me define what I mean by what we are calling a “Bathroom Facelift”. This is a remodel that does not require moving or relocating any walls or fixtures. We usually can replace the tub/shower tile surround, vanity and toilet within a two week time period.  This is a perfect refresh that allows you to update your bathroom at a reasonable cost in a short amount of time.  The following items are items that we would typically include in a bathroom facelift:

 

Install New Countertops 

Granite is very popular now, and you can sometimes find smaller cuts of granite that are less expensive, but granite will definitely bump up the total cost of your facelift.  Porcelain marble – even imitation porcelain marble – is a less expensive alternative and gives your bathroom a beautiful sparkle.

Install New Vanity

Install new vanity of your choosing.

Update the Fixtures 

We will update those old fixtures with nickel, pewter or stainless steel fixtures of your choosing for a modern look.

Switch out your Mirror

Replace your existing mirror with a new mirror to match the new look of your bathroom.

Switch out your Cabinet Hardware

To match the metal of the fixtures you chose.

Install Tub Surround

We will install a shower or tub surround to cover the existing tub and/or shower in the color and style of your choosing.

Install New Tile Flooring

Install new tile surround as backsplash above new vanity.
