| Frequently Asked Questions
for Gift Cards
How does the Gift Card Program work?
If you are the gift giver:
Gift cards may be purchased in increments of $100 to be used toward
the services of Andy OnCall at any of the Chicagoland offices. After
filling out the gift card form online, the card will be mailed via
priority mail to the person for whom it is intended.
If you are the person receiving the gift:
You can schedule service at one of the five Chicagoland locations.
(link to contact page) or online at www.AndyOnCallChicagoland.com.
What home services are available?
We can do it all! Carpentry, painting, drywall, ceramic tile, kitchens,
bathrooms, basements or any repair - big or small that you have
in your home.
Can a gift card go toward the price of work
if it does not cover the entire cost?
Yes, if a gift card does not cover the entire cost of a home repair,
it can be put toward a home repair as a partial payment.
Can gift card be used with other promotions
or dollars off coupons?
Yes.
If the cost of work is less than the value
of the gift card, what happens to the balance?
It remains on the gift card to be used at a later date before the
value of the card expires.
Can a gift card be used to pay for work that
is already in progress?
Services at Andy OnCall are normally paid after you are a satisfied
customer, however, if you have paid for a service before it is completed
and then receive a gift card and wish to put it toward that service,
we will reimburse the difference.
Do gift cards have an expiration date?
Our gift cards expire five years after the issue date.
